MMORPG History

MMOs are my favorite form of digital entertainment, despite not really having enough time to properly play one, and never having attained a max level character in any of them. I’ve been playing them for a while now, and liked this idea enough to shamelessly rip it off and offer my own MMORPG timeline as well. Interestingly, I appear to be a similar type of player to Gordon over at We Spit Fireflies, down to preferring the same type of games, same classes, and playing about at the same semi-casual level.

Ultima Online (Sept 25, 1997 – Sept 25, 1997) – unsubscribed on the same day it released!
